Workshops

Workshops combine movement, meditation, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and create new patterns in the brain. Through lightly guided dance, movement, and somatic practices, participants reconnect with their bodies, release old negative beliefs, and build more ease, confidence, and presence, to take into their every day lives. Participants are guided to develop a “dance tool”, that they are able to use long after the workshop is over.

One on one sessions

These sessions support personal growth through the body. Using movement, meditation and nervous system tools, we’ll work together to release stuck patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect to your authentic self. This is a grounded, body-led approach to transformation, designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with more ease and self-trust.

Choreography

Available for commissioned work across stage, film, community, and educational settings. Whether you're developing a production, music video, or creative project, I bring a collaborative, intuitive process that honors both vision and performance.

About Me

Through life long experience dancing, studying psychology, and neuroscience, I have born witness to the power of movemnent and dance as a tool for personal transformation and long lasting change. I believe there is a power that is waiting to be untapped in all of us, that is a tool for our own healing and personal regulation. There is heavy scientific evidence that supports dance as a healing modality, my work aims to explore that relationship further.

I’m a choreographer, dance educator, and somatic practitioner with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of movement, healing, and personal growth. My background includes training in dance, somatic therapy, and nervous system education. I’ve performed, taught, and created work across the U.S., in settings ranging from theaters and festivals to schools and community spaces. My approach is informed by my own path of using movement to navigate anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions. Today, I support others in using dance and body-based practices to feel more connected, regulated, and creatively alive, whether in a class, a coaching session, or on stage.
